Why Insusty Exists
Insusty started from a simple observation: people were adopting AI faster than anyone was teaching them to use it well. Not 'well' as in clever prompt tricks - well as in efficient, safe, and sustainable, the habits that actually hold up over time rather than a one-off training session everyone forgets by the following month.
That instinct comes partly from a professional background in fraud detection and trust & safety - years spent looking at how systems fail when no one's building the guardrails early. AI adoption right now looks a lot like that same gap: enormous, fast-moving, and mostly ungoverned. Prompt Coach is what filling that gap looks like in practice - redaction, efficiency coaching, and habit-building built in from day one, not bolted on after something goes wrong.
