Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Insusty's services, including our AI workshops and the Prompt Coach tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
The Workshop — what's included
Our AI workshops provide strategic frameworks and practical training for scaling AI habits within organizations. This includes access to course materials, live sessions, and specific tool demonstrations as outlined in your selected program.
The Workshop — payment and refunds
Payment for workshops is due upon registration unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are available up to 14 days before the workshop start date, minus a processing fee. No refunds will be issued once the workshop has commenced.
The Workshop — certificates
Upon successful completion of a workshop, participants may receive a certificate of completion. These certificates represent participation and are not a professional accreditation or degree.
Prompt Coach — license to use
Insusty grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Prompt Coach for internal business purposes to improve AI prompting and ensure data safety. 3 months free then paid version.
Prompt Coach — how it works
Prompt Coach functions by analyzing prompts locally to mask sensitive data before it is sent to AI models, while providing real-time improvements to prompting efficiency.
Prompt Coach — no guarantee of perfect redaction
While Prompt Coach is designed to catch and mask personal data, Insusty does not guarantee 100% accurate redaction of all sensitive information. Users remain responsible for the content they send to third-party AI models.
Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and logos related to Insusty and its tools are the intellectual property of Insusty. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without our express written consent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for any illegal purposes or to attempt to circumvent security measures. Any misuse may lead to immediate termination of access.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Insusty is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our tools or workshops.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.
Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Insusty is registered.
